Corporate and Commercial Attorney

What were looking for:
- At least 2 years of relevant corporate and commercial litigation experience.
- Strong skills in drafting pleadings and motions conducting discovery and handling appeals.
- Experience with arbitration or trial work is a plus but not required.
- Admission and good standing in Delaware is required (additional state admissions are a plus).
Qualifications:
- Competitive compensation ranging from $125000 $220000 annually commensurate with experience practice group and location.
- Annual performance-based raises and discretionary bonuses.
- 1920 billable hour requirement.
