Equinox is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Entitlements and Development Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Entitlements Department with additional coordination across Facilities Project Design and Clubs teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment is highly organized and has a strong grasp of regulatory processes and documentation management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Entitlements Department and indirect support to Facilities Project Design and Clubs Managers.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical documentation ensuring accurate and accessible records.
- Track and follow up on the status of regulatory approvals permits licenses registrations and violations.
- Coordinate and schedule inspections renewals and updates with third-party vendors and regulatory agencies.
- Maintain a comprehensive calendar and database of violations court hearings and compliance deadlines.
- Review and process invoices and payment requests in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications :
- College-level education or training in design engineering construction facility maintenance or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Office Suite and Adobe applications is required.
- Familiarity with regulatory agency protocols and governmental approval processes is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational communication and computer skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently in a team-oriented environment.
Pay Transparency: Min $70k - Max $80k
