We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Events Manager to ensure every aspect of our events runs smoothly from pre-event preparation to post-event follow-up.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of events from concept to completion
Support logistics such as vendor communication scheduling and on-site arrangements
Prepare event materials presentations and attendee communications
Manage event registrations confirmations and follow-up correspondence
Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting
Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports for management
Ensure compliance with company policies and event safety standards
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Marketing Communications or a related field (preferred)
12 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings or weekends for events
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
