Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager you ll be more than a salesperson you ll be a strategic relationship builder and business partner representing innovative smart film technology to high-end construction and design professionals. This role combines consultative selling with relationship management requiring you to engage with sophisticated clients on complex projects while building long-term partnerships that drive substantial revenue growth. You ll work closely with qualified leads to schedule meetings develop proposals and support deal closure on premium installations.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with construction companies architects interior designers and luxury home builders
- Conduct professional outbound calls and email campaigns to qualified prospects
- Engage in consultative conversations about complex window tinting and smart film solutions
- Schedule strategic meetings and appointments for senior leadership to visit high-value prospects
- Follow up on construction project opportunities and coordinate bid submission processes
- Maintain detailed CRM records of all prospect interactions and relationship development
- Collaborate with lead generation team to optimize prospect qualification and handoff processes
- Support proposal development and participate in bid preparation for major projects
- Meet or exceed appointment setting and relationship building KPIs
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience preferably in construction architecture or related industries
- Exceptional English communication skills with clear professional phone presence suitable for luxury market clients
- Demonstrated experience building relationships with C-level executives and decision makers
- Ability to handle complex sales conversations involving high-value projects ($100000)
- Strong relationship management and account development capabilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and structured sales processes
- Spanish bilingual capabilities strongly preferred (premium compensation available)
- Professional demeanor and communication style appropriate for luxury market segments
- Self-motivated with proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs plus commissions
