The successful person will have...
- Proven ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities including upselling enhancements and securing new commercial maintenance contracts.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills with experience targeting property managers facility directors and commercial real estate stakeholders.
- Confident in building strategic relationships representing the company professionally in client meetings site walks and proposal presentations.
- Skilled in estimating and assembling competitive bids translating client needs into tailored landscape maintenance and enhancement solutions.
- Focused on market expansion and territory growth with a proactive approach to networking regional trends and seasonal service offerings in Southern climates.
