Job Description
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing (Mailchimp):
Build and manage email campaigns using Mailchimp
Maintain and update data/contact lists
Monitor performance and suggest optimization strategies
Content Coordination & Events:
Collaborate with internal teams to gather and organize content
Assist in the planning and promotion of online and offline events
Ensure all content reflects the luxury tone and branding
Social Media Management:
Manage daily posting across platforms (Instagram Facebook etc.)
Align social content with email campaigns and promotions
Monitor engagement and respond professionally to comments and messages
Client Communication:
Represent the brand in a polished professional manner
Support internal teams with customer-facing messaging when needed
Requirements
Proven experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
Strong understanding of email marketing strategy and execution
Experience managing social media for premium or luxury brands
Excellent written and spoken English fluency
Highly polished client-facing communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with tools like Canva Later or other social media schedulers
Basic design or content editing skills a plus
