Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Preferably 4 hours per day 5 days a week (between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm)
  • 20 hours per week (could do 4 days per week)
  • Client time zone: Perth Australia (AWST)

Scope:
  • Part-time position starting at 15-20 hours per week with potential to grow to full-time

  • Flexible scheduling within Perth business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)

  • Seasonal workload variations with busy periods during production cycles

  • Opportunity for role expansion into e-commerce or other business areas based on performance

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate shipping documentation and logistics between factories and warehouses across multiple countries

  • Manage packing lists and commercial invoices received from factories in Indonesia and China

  • Perform data entry and spreadsheet management for inventory tracking and goods receipts

  • Upload and process spreadsheets into inventory management systems

  • Create and maintain Excel templates for shipping and logistics documentation

  • Communicate via Monday boards for project coordination and task management

  • Provide real-time support via chat platforms (WhatsApp WeChat Teams) during business hours

  • Cross-check and validate data from factories to ensure accuracy before processing

  • Assist with automation processes for goods receipts and inventory management

  • Handle seasonal fluctuations in workload and prioritize tasks accordingly



Requirements

  • Strong Excel proficiency including formulas spreadsheet creation and data manipulation (intermediate level)

  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

  • Ability to work during Perth Australia business hours (8 AM - 5 PM)

  • Initiative and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data discrepancies

  • Reliable internet connection and availability for real-time chat communication

  • Experience with logistics or shipping documentation preferred but not essential

  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing processes

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
