Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal/Law Clerk. The successful candidate will assist the attorney in all stages of legal work including legal research document preparation case management and administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on legal experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal and factual research using various databases and legal resources.
Draft and proofread legal documents correspondence and court filings.
Organize and maintain case files pleadings discovery and legal databases.
Assist with the preparation for hearings trials and meetings.
File legal documents with courts and government agencies (electronically and in-person as applicable).
Summarize depositions transcripts and witness statements.
Coordinate and communicate with clients witnesses court personnel and outside counsel.
Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely filing and response.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling billing and data entry as required.
Requirements
Qualifications:
1 3 years of relevant experience preferred
Strong understanding of legal terminology court systems and legal procedures.
Familiarity with U.S. legal systems is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia. Minimum of 1 - 3 years of legal experience, with exposure to family law and/or corporate law preferred. Strong research, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience working with multicultural clients is preferred. Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment. Preferred Lawyer of Asian descent (as part of our commitment to diversity and cultural understanding, especially in cases involving Asian-American clients or stakeholders). Familiarity with both U.S. and Asian legal perspectives (e.g., Filipino, Chinese, or other Southeast/East Asian cultures) is a plus.
