FutbolSites a part of Better Collective connects global brands to millions of fans in Latin
America & US. 350M users reached monthly on our owned-and-operated web video and
social properties.
Your main responsibilities
Provide internal client support and assist the commercial team in developing proposals coordinating prospects with the sales design and branded content teams.
Identify and organize opportunities.
Design newsletters and proposals.
Follow up on campaigns together with the Ad Operations team.
Take ownership of the account management process with key existing partners.
Execute client communications (in person by phone or via email) in line with company standards and processes.
Direct client management for ongoing campaigns (registration optimization and reporting of campaigns); monitor and diagnose campaign performance and KPIs.
Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge.
Job requirements
Bachelors degree in Advertising or related fields in Marketing and Communications
Previous experience in account management within media agencies or working with sports media
Advanced / bilingual English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Multitasking capacity strong teamwork skills and marked customer service orientation; ability to identify and understand client needs
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Google Data Studio Photoshop and Google Drive
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of the sports market
