The Manager Marketing Customer Acquisition reports to the Head of Marketing Leisure and Tourism Development and is responsible for leading a specialist marketing team to design and deliver end-to-end customer journeys across Qantas-owned and paid media channels. This role ensures alignment with the overarching marketing strategy calendar and budget with a focus on driving customer acquisition and airline revenue.
This role will lead the customer acquisition strategy to grow Marketing leads through our owned channels as well as co-lead our Digital Marketing acquisition strategy and implementation with Digital Direct designing Marketing journeys in line with the evolving customer digital marketing landscape redesigning the way we communicate with customers from paid media
through to onsite conversion.
