Were on the hunt for our next Assistant Manager to help keep the Colyton Hotel buzzing and loved by the locals.
Were more than just a pub were a local destination. Colyton is one of the regions most vibrant and multifaceted venues; offering outstanding food and beverage boutique accommodation and a top 50 gaming room that keeps guests coming back for more.
With a modern kitchen and bar stylish accommodation offerings and top ranked gaming room our venue is a thriving hub for locals and travelers alike. Whether its a casual pint a weekend stay or a night out with the girls we deliver unforgettable experiences every time.
A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:
- Get to know the locals so well they think youre part of the crew
- Contribute to rostering budgeting and performance targets
- Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly safely and with a great vibe across bar dining gaming and accommodation
- Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
- Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
- Bring the energy the service and the smiles every single shift
About you:
- Youve been around the bar bistro or gaming room block and maybe already done some supervising
- Youve learned from great managers and now youre ready to step up
- Youve got the confidence pride and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
- Youve got a current RSA and RCG & ARCG
- Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster including nights and weekends with a strong focus on work life balance. Family does come first
- If youre keen to learn lead and laugh while making this pub the best spot in town wed love to hear from you.
