HRSI is looking for Assistant Manager Engagement & Delivery for one of its leading client.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Management Information Technology or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in a client-facing or project coordination role preferably within consulting IT services or technology projects.
- Exposure to project delivery processes such as scope definition scheduling and progress tracking.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams (consultants developers designers analysts) is a plus.
- Interest in IT strategy digital transformation systems integration or business process improvement preferred.
Job Duties
- Support the engagement lead in managing client projects from initiation through delivery and closure.
- Assist in defining project scope objectives timelines and success metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure milestones are delivered on time and within budget.
- Prepare project documentation status reports and client presentations.
- Track budgets billable hours and project records as directed.
- Participate in client meetings capturing action items and ensuring follow-up.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client engagements maintaining responsive communication.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Monitor project risks and escalate or help resolve issues related to scope resources timelines or expectations.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Learn and apply firm methodologies best practices and quality standards while seeking mentorship to develop consulting and project management skills.
