As part of the Inflight Customer Experience (CX) team you will be involved in shaping the entire onboard journeyfrom the moment a customer steps into the aircraft to when they disembark.

As Senior Strategy Analyst Inflight Experience youll use your analytical skills and strategic mindset to uncover insights that drive customer experience improvements. Youll work across commercial customer and operational datasets to identify opportunities influence decisions and enhance how we prioritise and measure impact.

What youll bring

• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear actionable insights
• Structured problem-solving and a well-honed consultative approach (e.g. needs gathering workshop design recommendations)
• Advanced PowerPoint skills to communicate strategy and insights at all levels
• Ability to source clean and analyse data (Excel required; Power BI SQL Qualtrics desirable)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
• A relevant tertiary qualification (Business Finance IT Communications or similar)
• Passion for aviation and physical experience design is a bonus
