Job Summary:
The Business Analyst role involves promoting and governing PMO frameworks analyzing PMO functions for continuous improvement and supporting project management delivery. The role requires strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills to drive operational excellence and performance reporting within the I&IT PMO.

Responsibilities:
- Promotes the implementation and governance of PMO frameworks policies processes and software/tools.
- Leads the analysis of PMO functions processes and tools for continuous improvement.
- Defines documents and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Supports the development and monitoring of the operating plan for the Program Management Office.
- Participates in the maintenance and delivery of enterprise reporting requirements.
- Tracks and monitors actions and commitments.
- Prepares gathers and maintains KPI and financial records related to project delivery.
- Analyzes and maintains headcount and vacancy reporting.
- Tracks procurement activities and supports the initiation of procurement projects.
- Monitors the staff augmentation program and manages related reporting processes.
- Leads the I&IT PMO Project Status Tracker Enterprise Risk and Project Level Risk Register tools.
- Supports strategic communications and stakeholder management.
- Cultivates strong relationships across business units.
- Maintains operational excellence by promoting best practices for program and project management.
- Proactively identifies opportunities to streamline processes and workflows.
- Researches and documents best practices.
- Liaises with management to develop analyze measure and report on I&IT PMO KPIs.
- Develops periodic and ad hoc performance reporting packages.
- Supports the compilation tracking and reporting of audit findings.
- Provides project management oversight and governance.
- Assists in the management of strategic annual operating and capital budgets.
- Supports the readiness process of capital funding submission requests.
- Assists in operational rollout including user training and change management.
- Develops project plans reports and presentations.
- Provides leadership coaching guidance and direction to team members.
