The Head Group Brand Strategy & Corporate Communications will be responsible for developing and executing
brand strategies that enhance the company&market presence and drive business growth. This role requires a
strategic thinker with a deep understanding of branding and the B2B sales dynamics.
Specifically the role will:
Participate in the development of a forward-looking brand vision for the Group and relevant entities
Ensure uniform understanding of Group and entities brands across internal and external (customer
partners and investors) stakeholders
Undertake activities to improve the Net Promoter Score for each business
Drive financial prudence and ensure adequate RoI on marketing investments
Support the hiring of A-players across brand roles in the Group
Education Qualifications / Background
Bachelors degree in marketing Business Communications or related field. Masters degree is preferred.
Relevant and Total Years of Experience
Minimum of 15 years of experience in brand management preferably in the chemicals industry
Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies
Strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics
Experience working with and through cross-functional teams and external partners
