This is a permanent full-time role with a hybrid setup based in Sydney NSW.
What youll do:
- Own and enhance Salesforce customisations: user roles security settings sharing rules profiles permission sets and data integrity.
- Drive system administration data management and platform improvements using DataLoader Excel and CI/CD tooling.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional agile team to deliver stable high-quality solutions.
- Implement enhancements using Salesforce DX and best practices for fault-tolerant reliable applications.
- Document processes clearly and guide your team to continuously improve admin practices.
- Support production monitoring debugging and alerting ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded.
Qualifications :
What youll bring:
- 5 years experience building and maintaining Salesforce customisations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX CI/CD Git and version control (Bitbucket GitHub etc.).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Passion for building simple reliable solutions to complex problems.
- Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Desire to continually improve your work and the teams processes.
