Job Description
Job Title : Child Welfare Implementation Support Specialist (User Training & Rollout 15K Users)
Location: New York NY(Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
- Experience delivering IT support within a Child Welfare environment including child protective services foster care/permanency and preventive services.
- Proven background in providing implementation support for new application deployments in child welfare settings.
- Hands-on experience offering on-site user support for large-scale distributed child welfare applications (15000 users).
- Skilled in managing full-scale rollouts for enterprise-level applications from needs assessment through production deployment and ongoing support.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
