- What are the Critical success factors for the Role
- 5 years minimum experience in FMCG or CPG environment
- 10 year of proven experience in Manufacturing Management
- Strong understanding of mechanical electrical and other relevant engineering systems
- Proven ability to lead motivate and manage a team of maintenance professionals
- Thorough understanding of relevant safety regulations and procedures
- Degree in engineering or a related field and/or several years of experience in maintenance management
- Analytical approach using data
- Ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and other relevant software
- Ability to influence others
