Candidate should have sound knowledge for all the MEP related works for residential Infra & Plotted Development.

The candidate should be able to Estimate and scope MEP trades during pre- construction.

Should manage all the liasoning related works/documentation
-
Software Skills: Autocad Microsoft office MS Projects.

Should have knowledge of IS codes and NBC and IGBC norms
-
Should coordinate with all the consultants for timely delivery of drawings and documents as per site requirement.

Prepare BOQ for tendering purpose.

MEP engineers create detailed plans and specifications for mechanical electrical and plumbing systems.

work closely with architects structural engineers and other construction professionals to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into the overall building design
-
MEP engineers ensure that all MEP systems comply with relevant building codes safety regulations and energy efficiency standards.
