Job Summary

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The Key Account Manager Will Win New Customers in the Restaurant (Caf Tea Bistro Casual Dining Star Hotel) Segment and Increase Red Bull Presence and Consumption in these segments.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Winning New Customers

  • Meeting Negotiation and Closing Contracts for Presence Availability in Restaurant Segments
  •  Manage Head office of the Chains and different stake holders.
  • Manage existing customers in Travel Segment

 

Activation

  • Prepare National Activation Calendar
  • Align cross functional collaboration for Big Event Partnerships
  • Implementation of National Activation Calendar
  • Increasing Consumption Activation.
  • Run activation Programme for Account staff and Motivate and Engage them with Industry Games

 

Execution of Hi5:

  • Coordinate with Local Teams and Execute the Elements of the Contract at the Outlet Level
  • Ensure Regular Checks and discuss deviations with the Key Account Chain.

 

Customer Care:

  • Regular Review Meetings
  • Invitation of Key Stake Holder to Local / National Red Bull Events

Qualifications :

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5 Years in the Relevant Segment / as KAM
  • 8-10 Years overall Sales Experience.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Negotiation Skills
  • Contract Closure and Implementation
  • Cross Department Collaborative working
  • Strong Presentation Skills
  • Basic Knowledge of P&L
