The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment employee engagement compliance performance management and organizational development. This role requires a strategic and people-oriented professional who can attract top talent foster a positive workplace culture and align HR practices with business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Architecture or Healthcare industry with strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Management
* Lead end-to-end recruitment for architecture interior and support functions.
* Develop hiring strategies and succession plans in collaboration with department heads.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
* Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
* Manage employee relations grievance handling and engagement initiatives.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
* Maintain HR records and ensure statutory compliance.
* Oversee payroll attendance and HRIS management for data accuracy.
4. Performance Management & Development
* Implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
* Identify training needs and drive learning & development programs.
5. Organizational Strategy & Growth
* Partner with management on HR policies compensation and retention strategies aligned with business goals.
