Job Description
We are hiring an Intern / Fresher in Civil Engineering to support our Civil & Structural Design team. The role focuses on structural analysis and design using Bentley STAAD Pro along with preparation of layouts drawings and project documentation for solar plants substations and industrial structures.
The candidate will work under the guidance of senior structural engineers to assist in load calculations foundation design 3D modelling and drawing revisions. The role also involves maintaining proper documentation preparing reports and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams for design execution.
This is an excellent opportunity for civil engineering graduates or final-year students looking to gain exposure to structural design software real-world projects and industry-standard workflows.
Requirements
Qualification: B.E. / in Civil Engineering (final year students or freshers can apply)
No prior experience required; up to 1 year of exposure in structural design is an advantage
Familiarity with Bentley STAAD Pro or AutoCAD preferred
Basic understanding of structural analysis and design principles
Good technical documentation and coordination skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to project requirements

Educational Qualification: Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Power Transmission Projects. Proficient in Electrical System Design and equipment selection. Moderate to strong knowledge of 3D Modelling Software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar). Sound understanding of Engineering Standards such as IEC, IEEE, and IS codes. Experience in conducting on-site training and visits. Good command of Electrical Software Tools (ETAP, MATLAB, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
