Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Manager in planning scheduling and monitoring construction projects.

  • Coordinate communication between site engineers contractors vendors and clients.

  • Prepare maintain and track project documentation reports and progress updates.

  • Ensure proper allocation and utilization of resources (manpower materials equipment).

  • Monitor timelines and flag potential delays or risks to the project manager.

  • Handle correspondence meeting schedules and documentation related to projects.

  • Support in preparing project presentations proposals and status reports.

  • Maintain compliance with company policies safety standards and quality guidelines.

  • Act as a liaison between office and site to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Assist in procurement coordination and follow-up with vendors/suppliers.



Requirements

Required Skill Sets

  • Strong knowledge of project coordination and documentation.

  • Understanding of construction project lifecycle (planning to execution).

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) MS Project/Primavera.

  • Good understanding of project scheduling budgeting and reporting.

  • Excellent organizational multitasking and time management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Ability to work under pressure and support project deadlines.

  • Knowledge of construction materials drawings and site terminology (added advantage).
