Our client is a fast-growing technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Plan develop and implement monthly digital and social media content strategies across platforms including Facebook Zalo YouTube TikTok and other pertinent channels.
Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to create compelling content such as product posts short-form videos event summaries and campaign assets.
Oversee content management for the DH Partner App including updating banners training materials and push notifications while monitoring user engagement metrics.
Assist the e-commerce sales team by optimizing product listings designing promotional banners and coordinating campaigns on online sales platforms.
Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance indicators (such as CTR CPC lead generation and conversion rates) and provide recommendations for optimization.
Organize and coordinate livestream events and partnerships with influencers or key opinion leaders (KOLs) to support product launches and marketing campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency is upheld across all digital channels and guarantee timely publication of content aligned with campaign timelines.
Compile and present monthly reports detailing social media performance digital advertising results partner app activity and e-commerce support effectiveness.
Manage customer interactions on social media platforms addressing inquiries promptly and escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
Provide support in the planning and execution of offline events liaising with relevant teams to ensure seamless operation and consistent brand representation.
Reporting Line:
Reports directly to the Marketing Manager (Vietnamese).
Hold a Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related discipline.
Possess a minimum of 2 to 3 years professional experience in digital marketing with preference given to candidates who have worked within e-commerce or technology sectors.
Demonstrate strong expertise in SEO SEM social media advertising Google Ads and proficiency with analytics platforms.
Exhibit creativity in developing content across multiple formats including copywriting imagery and video production.
Experience utilizing marketing automation tools and managing email marketing campaigns is highly desirable.
Strong analytical thinking problem-solving capabilities and excellent communication skills are essential.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with the security camera or technological product industries will be considered an advantage.
Dependable and highly accountable in fulfilling responsibilities.
