Job Description
POSITION: PRODUCTION MANAGER/SUPERVISOR
Place: Hai Duong
1/Main Responsibilities:
- Production Manager is person in charge of directing training monitoring in production process from beginning to end.
- To ensure the quality of product that always is optimized and production activity that is followed exactly to the plan meeting the customers requirement.
- To control the staff on production activity: Production Manager who plays a role as a supervisor manager takes responsibility of control and trainning the staff so that the process will be consistent and effective
- Planing production Plan in advance the required tasks implementation methods and production schedule
- To control the process: ensure production activity continuosly meet the progress of production and save the cost of production
- To control the quality: control well the negative factors that will be possible to affect to the quality of product.
- To analyse the production process: Analyse and studdy all of the methods to find the best processing method.
- To ensure effective control over the use of materials and consumables to minimize waste during production.
- To organize the operation
- To untilize effectively the available resources with minimized cost. Production Manager will arrange and control how to use these resources such as man machine material money.
- Measure the performance of production staff
- To ensure the staff compliance with the rules procedures related to the production of company
- To ensure the compliance of rules about health and labor safety
- Communicate company information and regulations to employees
- Resolve conflicts and oversee employee performance.
- Compile production outcome reports and other required documents in accordance with the companys production management needs.
2/Require:
Degree: University level up
Major:A degree in industrial engineering business management or a related discipline
Experience:From 5 year experience in relevant position
Knowledge:
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 IATF 16949 (certified preferred)
- Possess strong knowledge in management activities especially in personnel management
- Well-versed in production management systems and methods
- Excellent communication skills dynamic and highly responsible.
- Advanced English skill
- Excellent in using computer
- Good at MOS
