This is a fully on-site position with a regular MondayFriday schedule though occasional weekend or non-standard hours and travel may be required for events weather or special projects. The anticipated salary range for this position is $75000-$85000/year and is commensurate with experience.
Start your next chapter leading facilities operations for one of Indiana University Foundations most essential teams!The Indiana University Foundation is seeking an Assistant Facilities Director to oversee daily maintenance operations for multiple IUF buildings ensuring they remain safe functional and welcoming for all who work and visit.
Reporting to the Director of Facilities you will provide leadership to custodial and maintenance staff manage capital and renovation projects and oversee IUF-owned this role youll guide a dedicated team by assigning projects through our Maintenance Management System developing preventive maintenance programs and ensuring that all equipment and assets remain in top condition. Youll partner closely with the Director of Facilities on strategic planning vendor negotiations and department initiatives while also being ready to roll up your sleeves and step into hands-on work when needed.
