Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships ensure satisfaction and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. This role requires excellent communication skills problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main liaison between Beloform and assigned clients.
Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Prepare and present account updates and performance reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (preferred).
2 years of experience in account management customer service or sales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
