About the Role
West Networks LLC an enterprise leader in SD-WAN solutions and a Peplink Platinum Partner is seeking a Tier 2 Network Support Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on troubleshooting and supporting Peplink SD-WAN deployments and related infrastructure. You ll work closely with enterprise clients to resolve complex networking issues and occasionally assist with systems and server troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for Peplink SD-WAN solutions and related infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues including WAN LAN and VPN configurations.
- Assist with troubleshooting Linux-based systems and servers as needed.
- Collaborate with Tier 1 support and escalate issues when necessary.
- Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge base.
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies especially Peplink.
- Familiarity with enterprise networking environments.

Role Expectations - Provide Tier 1 phone support and remote triage from home - Deliver same-day or next-business-day on-site support across your assigned region during mass rollout periods - Be physically fit and capable of driving long distances and performing hands-on installations - Enjoy driving, working with customers, and solving problems in the field - Maintain a positive, professional, and presentable demeanor always - Able to crimp cables, patch into networks, run clean and tidy Ethernet wiring, and leave every job site better than you found it - Willing to learn and grow with our team and technology stack - Collaborate with our Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams based in Florida to support healthcare, retail, and enterprise clients
