Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for Pipedrive CRM users
- Set up and configure pipelines stages automation and integrations
- Create dashboards reports and custom views as required by sales and marketing teams
- Maintain data hygiene and ensure accurate data entry and updates
- Act as a liaison between the sales marketing and tech teams to improve CRM usability
- Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and escalate bugs when necessary
- Implement and test automation workflows webhooks and 3rd-party integrations
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection guidelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience (6 months) in CRM administration or support
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines CRM workflows and automation
- Knowledge of CRM integrations with tools like Gmail Slack Zapier and other SaaS platforms
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for supporting internal users and clients
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of APIs and webhooks is a plus
- Experience working in a digital marketing or SaaS company is preferred
