Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support for Pipedrive CRM users
  • Set up and configure pipelines stages automation and integrations
  • Create dashboards reports and custom views as required by sales and marketing teams
  • Maintain data hygiene and ensure accurate data entry and updates
  • Act as a liaison between the sales marketing and tech teams to improve CRM usability
  • Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and escalate bugs when necessary
  • Implement and test automation workflows webhooks and 3rd-party integrations
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection guidelines

Requirements:
  • Proven experience (6 months) in CRM administration or support
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines CRM workflows and automation
  • Knowledge of CRM integrations with tools like Gmail Slack Zapier and other SaaS platforms
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills for supporting internal users and clients
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Basic understanding of APIs and webhooks is a plus
  • Experience working in a digital marketing or SaaS company is preferred
