JL Exhibit Services is a premier provider of trade show and event solutions delivering high-quality exhibit design logistics and on-site support for clients across industries. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service attention to detail and seamless execution from start to finish.

Position Summary

JL Exhibit Services is looking for a motivated and professional Remote Customer Service Representative to join our this role you will be the first point of contact for clients providing support via phone email and chat. You ll assist with inquiries troubleshoot basic issues and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information about JL Exhibit Services offerings processes timelines and pricing.

  • Resolve client concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide updates or resolve service-related issues.

  • Assist clients with order tracking service requests or documentation needs.

  • Deliver exceptional service that supports customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor s degree preferred.

  • 1 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency in using customer service software CRM platforms (e.g. Zendesk Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet dedicated workspace.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the trade show events logistics or exhibit services industry.

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems scheduling tools or order management platforms.

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English or other languages) a plus.
