Meet performance goals including call handling customer satisfaction and productivity.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency with computer systems and data entry.
