We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team at Next Comms Talk. As an SDR you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying leads building strong client relationships and supporting our sales team in achieving revenue goals. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about communication sales strategy and career growth within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through research outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries.
Engage with prospective clients via calls emails and presentations to understand their needs and introduce company solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads opportunities and communications in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly performance metrics related to lead generation and pipeline development.
Provide feedback on market trends customer needs and competitive activity to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in sales customer service or lead generation (B2B experience is a plus).
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time effectively multitask and work independently.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
Driven goal-oriented and eager to develop within a sales career.
