The Customer Care Representative is the first point of contact for our customers whether in-store over the phone or online. This role is responsible for providing excellent service assisting with inquiries scheduling service appointments processing orders and ensuring every customer leaves with a positive impression of Charlies Boat and Marine. Greet and assist customers in person by phone and via email with professionalism and enthusiasm. Provide information on products services parts and maintenance options. Manage and schedule service appointments coordinating with technicians and sales staff. Process customer orders returns and payments accurately and efficiently. Handle customer inquiries concerns and complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills. Maintain customer records and ensure accurate data entry into CRM systems. Follow up with customers after service or sales to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay up to date on company products promotions and policies.
