We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our team in this role you will assist senior account managers in maintaining strong client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the execution of tailored communication strategies. Responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day client accounts and communications.
Support the development and execution of client strategies.
Conduct research and prepare reports to support account activities.

Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and account progress.
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and engagement.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Previous internship or entry-level experience in customer service account management or communications is a plus.
