We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at THORNE a U.S.-based science-driven wellness company. As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service and support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and a solution-oriented approach
  • Process orders returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Assist customers with account inquiries and updates
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Desired Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

Salary & Benefits:

  • Minimum Salary: $20 per hour
  • Maximum Salary: $30 per hour
