Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and a solution-oriented approach
- Process orders returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Assist customers with account inquiries and updates
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
