The primary responsibility of the Account Manager (AM) is to assist Account Executives in handling Computacenter customer base and the sales of products and services. Account Managers are empowered to help & support the Sales process; making it easier for an Account Executive to handle and seek out multi-client opportunities while the AM works on and coordinates any related activities or client needs. The Account Manager is required to work with various internal Departments as well as external Vendors; and continually call on track & pursue all working sales opportunities in an effort to build happiness as well as assist in growing any additional sales opportunities within the client.
