ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Support SVP and S&P in managing team budgets and accounting for related internal orders. Evaluate proper use and allocation of resources and recommend solutions to increase efficiency.
Coordinate meetings between team members of the S&P team and other departments or external team members.
Evaluate and increase current S&P-associated routines and processes and provide recommendations to leadership on improvements automation or new capability opportunities.
Manage S&P team agenda S&P project planner and team year calendar.
Run/manage staff meetings including agenda coordination and provide action item re-caps to the team.
Manage S&P SharePoint folders and team digital archives.
Other team admin needs (e.g. market visit arrangements travel expenses).
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Support PMO in managing project budgets and related internal orders.
Ad-hoc logistics and project coordination (e.g. Creative Workshop for ELT Stargaze Summit).
Provide analytic support on projects requiring qualitative or data analysis.
Partner with project leaders to manage documentation and tracking of project milestones schedules and resource needs.
ANNUAL BUSINESS PLAN AND Long-term STRATEGY
Ensure seamless BPTool submission across all different departments.
HQ IT and team partner management and agreement.
Curate attendees list for each Business Plan meeting and manage planners database.
Centralized live documents management (e.g. ensuring only most updated version is considered gathering and compiling different presentations parts)
Partner with a creative agency and oversee the structure and design of the BP Specialists Deck providing the LT with all the needed templates and tools and ensuring that the final product is top-notch.
Qualifications :
3 years experience in an analytical and project management role
Bachelors Degree
Project management skills
Understanding of P&L goals and interactions
Analytic and business acumen reflected in successful project completion
Understanding of business insights/consumer marketing and category management principles
Can facilitate meetings and communications
Collaborative with the ability to work with executives across multiple departments
Design skills and love for details
Additional Information :
This position is open to U.S. citizens U.S. permanent residents or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $68000 to $102000 cash incentives. Range may differ from NYC and SFO Bay area work location.
Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
