Requirements
- Certification: Active AHIMA or AAPC Certification (CPC CCS RHIT or RHIA) required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of emergency department coding experience
- Technology: Proficiency with EPIC and 3M 360 platforms.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with ED workflows documentation styles and coding nuance
- Skills: High attention to detail analytical thinking and excellent communication. Proven ability to meet high-volume productivity goals. Experience with remote coding systems and per-chart compensation models
