- Plan schedule organize and direct application engineering field installation and start-up of assigned projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered effectively within budget and time schedules while maintaining positive cash flow.
- Serve as the primary customer interface maximizing satisfaction safety and quality assurance.
- Depending on level oversee direct reports and manage high-volume or critical accounts.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications :
- 710 years of relevant engineering field service or project management experience.
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong background in electronic security systems or related technical environments.
- Advanced leadership coaching and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Project Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of IT networking principles.
- Advanced financial analytical skills including cost control.
