You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are thrilled to announce a new opening for an Information Technology Support Specialist! In this role you will oversee and maintain the companys computer systems ensuring reliable performance and security. You will also serve as the go-to expert for all Radius (EPS) applications and software. This role requires firsthand skills in SAP Crystal Reports fourth-generation programming and SQL programming to help us run smarter and more efficiently.
THE ROLE
SYSTEM OVERSIGHT: Create maintain and expand SAP Crystal Reports and SQL Reports. Develop custom reports to assist department managers to aid in decision-making. Evaluate and implement scheduled vendor releases and system upgrades. Assist with software updates improvements and system changes. Work with EPS (Radius) Support to resolve technical issues. Support and maintain the companys financial software.
IT SUPPORT: Provide day-to-day end-user support and troubleshooting issues in a team-oriented environment. Manage IT-related projects on schedule. Coordinate with outside vendors for software and hardware installations/upgrades.
IT EDUCATION: Train employees in system functionality and new tools to improve productivity. Expand company-wide use of the system to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications :
KNOWLEDGE: Minimum 2 years experience in an Information Technology Specialist role or similar capacity. An associates degree in information technology required.
SKILLS: A combination of specialized computer skills in SAP Crystal Reporting fourth-generation programming and SQL programming required. Proficient with Microsoft Desktop operating systems desktop software and standard desktop security practices. Working knowledge of standard networking protocols operating systems software and standards. Proficiency with software-based ticketing system and asset inventory. Strong hands-on troubleshooting experience necessary. Strong customer service skills with ability to listen assess and find solution independently.
ABILITIES: THIS ROLE IS ONSITE IN OMAHA NE and requires the ability to work at our office at 132nd & L Street. Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a criminal background check and drug/alcohol screen. Desire to live out our values as a team player and advocate for our culture:
