Job Description
- Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure alignment with project requirements deadlines and schedules
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to identify address and resolve project-related issues
- Submit project deliverables in accordance with established quality standards
- Manage and communicate change requests ensuring all stakeholders are informed of impacts to scope schedule and budget
- Create and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) labor budgets and pre-job packages
- Participate in site meetings and assist with field measurements
- Secure customer acceptances or project deliverables
- Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 7 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Proven ability to lead project teams of varying sizes and drive projects to successful completion
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and best practices
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and cost control
- Proficient in reading and interpreting shop drawings architectural plans and structural calculations
- Technical proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam
- Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to maintain clean and organized work
- Flexible adaptable and a reliable team player
