KIPP Jacksonville Public Schools is hiring full-time salaried Floating Guest Educators to join our team. These educators play a vital role in our schools by stepping into classrooms to cover long-term vacancies or teachers on PTO. Floating Guest Educators take on the responsibilities of a classroom teacher including leading lessons managing classroom expectations and fostering a positive academic environment. They ensure smooth transitions by collaborating with the school team and executing high-quality lesson plans.
This role is a full time salaried position. The candidate will work as a staff member at 1 campus and report daily.

Qualifications :
REQUIREMENTS
- 60 college credits or a completed AA degree
- Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with a team of teachers
