Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Salesperson to promote and sell a range of household electronic appliances including rice cookers blenders televisions subwoofers pressure cookers and more. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused results-driven and willing to travel to meet clients and attend sales events when required.

Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell household electronic products to individual and retail customers.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers providing professional advice to aid purchase decisions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports.
Participate in marketing campaigns exhibitions and promotional events.
Travel to different regions or client locations as needed to drive sales growth.
Gather customer feedback and market insights to assist in product development and marketing strategies.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.

Requirements

Knowledge and Experience

Diploma or Certificate in Sales Marketing Business Administration or a related field (Bachelor s degree is an added advantage).
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales preferably in electronics appliances or a retail environment.
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Ability and willingness to travel for work when required.
Basic knowledge of household electronics and appliances is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word) and basic reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
