You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailLead Demand Planning & DC logistics teams including 3PL management and driving performance to meet and exceed relevant KPI targets
Informing and advising senior management on the future outlook for supply chain issues risks and opportunities.
To ensure that demand planning & logistics operations are carried out with maximum availability optimum cost and to follow the continuous cost advantages
Making long and short term warehouse need assessment and creating new warehouse areas if needed
Leading the team to develop and execute effective Supply Plans including all distribution planning activity including the end to end DRP (Distribution Requirements Plan)
Continually challenging the planning processes and principles in line with providing the best service and value for our customers
Analyse and report on all key Supply Demand and DC performance statistics and trends & be accountable for all Supply Chain budget
Drive weekly root cause analysis to understand and resolve issues
Maintain stock strategy & stock/batch level settings across all materials in the network minimising stock write off risk as well as optimising working capital performance
Manage the lifecycle management process for all products and take the initiative to identify ways to increase throughput and improve flow throughout the operations
Ensure all processes and procedures are both documented and measured for performance with clear accountabilities in place
Driving & implementing the Supply Chain Strategies
Developing and building relationships with suppliers & logistics partners and all related departments
Actively support the business with Cost Saving and efficiency projects and be responsible for leadership and development of the relevant Demand Planning & DC Managers and their teams
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree from Engineering Economics Business Administration or related fields.
Knowledge and experience in supply chain management logistics operations and planning especially in FMCG and grocery retail
3PL service provider and supplier management experience
Strong people leadership with a positive track record of managing direct and indirect reports.
Skilled in change management and business transformation.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Good communication & negotiation skills
Ambitious confident and able to take initiative
Advanced level of MS Office Applications
