The Guest Experience Agent is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests from arrival to departure address guest inquiries and complaints and ensure a smooth and memorable stay. The role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and a passion for hospitality.
Key Duties:
Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs
Assist in arranging guest itineraries and tours
Provide information and recommendations about local attractions dining and events
Promote hotel services and amenities
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at all times
Qualifications :
Experience:
1 year in customer service or guest relations roles preferably in hospitality
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Good knowledge of the local area (attractions restaurants)
Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Flexibility to work shifts
Professional appearance and positive attitude
