Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Reservations Agent to join our prestigious team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our esteemed guests you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences.
- Handle incoming calls emails and in-person inquiries with the utmost professionalism and courtesy
- Manage reservations for accommodations dining and special events ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide comprehensive information about our facilities services and local attractions
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer personalized recommendations and solutions
- Collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property offerings promotions and local events
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service excellence at all times
Qualifications :
- Previous customer related experience an asset
- Must possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal communication skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
- Previous Opera experience an asset
- High communication skills verbal and written. Perfect use of English. Command of Arabic will be considered and important asset
