Job Summary
- Greet and respond to guest requests while providing exceptional service
- Perform nightly reconciliation of accounts payments and reports.
- Balance room charges cash transactions and receipts.
- Prepare and submit daily night audit reports to management.
- Responsible for check-in/out process collecting payment and settling accounts as per standards as well as taking and entering restaurant take away orders
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities looking for opportunities to enhance a guests stay through up-selling
- Follow all hotel and departmental policies and procedures as well as health & safety protocols
Qualifications :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Flexible with working hours including weekends and holidays.
