- Prepare and submit daily night audit reports to management.
- Responsible for check-in/out process collecting payment and settling accounts as per standards as well as taking and entering restaurant take away orders
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities looking for opportunities to enhance a guests stay through up-selling
- Follow all hotel and departmental policies and procedures as well as health & safety protocols
