A Product Owner is responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis of the organizations business processes and systems to identify areas of improvement and optimize performance. The primary focus of this role is to collect evaluate and interpret data and translate it into actionable insights that inform strategic and operational decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and develop recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability
- Develop and maintain data-driven models and dashboards to monitor and evaluate business performance
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and inform product development and marketing strategies
- Design and implement performance metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and ensure that goals are met
- Analyze large amounts of data from various sources using statistical techniques to uncover patterns and trends
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to streamline business operations and reduce costs
- Ensure that all analysis and recommendations align with the organizations overall strategy and vision
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Product Owner Product Manager or similar role in SaaS or tech companies.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models preferably in retail beauty or payment solutions.
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum SAFe) and backlog management tools (Jira ClickUp Trello).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Knowledge of Saudi market dynamics digital payments and customer engagement trends is a plus.
- Certifications (e.g. CSPO SAFe PO/PM PMP ) are preferred but not required.
