You will be working for the International Purchasing Quality team focusing on the release of initial samples of our end products. The team is spread across several locations so this is a great opportunity to gain experience in an international team. Your team leader will be based in the Netherlands and your mentors will be based in the UK and Germany. There are three direct team members based in Aveiro.
Your contribution to something big:
- Update data for reports and Power-BI dashboards;
- Distribute reports internally;
- Create new Power BI dashboards enhance and improve existing dashboards;
- Support colleagues with our IT-tools;
- Archive and process release documents in the IT systems ;
- Support the development and description of processes flowcharts and work instructions;
- Support or drive process improvements;
- Create and maintain homepage.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Bachelor or Masters in Industrial Engineering Management or similar;
- Analytical and pro-active atitude;
- An international mindset and a desire to work in a globally connected team;
- Professional MS Office skills Power BI skills and a feel for IT tools in general;
- Excellent spoken and written English skills are a must.
