Location: Lisbon
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch in-person and remote IT support across desks offices and field locations
- Solve hardware software and network issues with confidence
- Manage logistics stock control and back-office IT tasks
- Work through ticketing systems and follow procedures to keep things running smoothly.
Qualifications :
Profile:
- Strong knowledge of Windows M365 Active Directory iPhones Macs printers audiovisual equipment (Cisco).
- Familiarity with network protocols and IT security.
- Microsoft-savvy and ready to troubleshoot with critical thinking.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
- Clear communicator & customer-first mindset
- Reliable organized and a true team player
- Able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
